As a widowed woman over 70 I was daunted at the idea of buying a car on my own. After some online car searching I came upon a vehicle I thought would be nice. Anxiety set in as sent a note to Stacy at Waconia Ford to ask if the vehicle was still available. It was so I grabbed a friend to venture out for a test drive. The moment I spoke with Stacy on the phone I felt comfortable and she was relatable. She assured me they could be competitive in financing to some other dealers I had called for estimates. After a bit of negotiating, and feeling my heart in my stomach from finance talk, I drove away feeling happy with my purchase and car. She was very helpful with getting all the technical dashboard items set up too! The dealership is close to my home and I feel I made a new friend. Stop by and ask for Stacy. She loves what she does and cares about her customers.

I found a truck online and reached out and luckily landed Stacy in sales. The truck was in transit to their location so I patiently waited. Stacy kept me informed during the process. She was respectful and timely and they didn’t use any robo emails or texts to try to gain my business. The dealership in Waconia is definitely my go to choice. I have to drive about 30 min to get there, but the staff is really helpful. I’ve leased two vehicles from this location, and both times were very easy and hassle free. I worked with the salespeople Stacy and Jack both times. I also prefer the service department here as opposed to other dealerships.

Stacy went above and beyond! I went in to the dealership in the morning and she delivered the car to my work, SAME DAY! Absolutely astonished.
