Had a chance to work with Jon on a new Ford Maverick purchase for my uncle - loved the outcome and expertise - we were looking for a vehicle that wasn't on the lot and Jon and his team went above and beyond to find the right vehicle and ensure it's available. On top of it they've managed to secure the best deal with Ford Finance (compared to other dealerships). Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Ford.

Mistakes will happen and people will have off days that result in a less than optimal experience and how a brand responds to those is more important than the initial mistake and they have made everything right by me. Confidence restored in this local dealer!

I was lucky enough to do business with Mike from this Ford location! I had come in with an exact car on their lot in mind and he made it a smooth but unforgettable experience. When I came back to close on my car, he helped me with setting up my CarPlay and made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving the lot! Very friendly staff. :)

I purchased a used car here earlier this month. Lily Boehme was the salesperson I worked with, and she was fabulous! I don't live in MN, but Lily was able to answer all of my questions (I had many!), provide additional walk-around video of the car, arrange for vehicle delivery, and shepherd me through the whole process. Lily was very responsive via electronic correspondence (email and text), which was so helpful as I was particularly busy at the time that the car I wanted became available on cars.com. The whole team at this dealership was fantastic to work with. I appreciate the extra effort from Lily and Finance Manager Fernando Escobal to find me a great used car loan rate through another lender they didn't typically use often (which resulted in a better than 2 point APR reduction over the national average). The delivery went smoothly, the car arrived as advertised, and I really love it. A great overall experience buying a car remotely from Fury Ford, I'd definitely do business with them again.

Fury ford is incredible! Took about two hours to test drive, select, and finance. There is no high pressure sales situations and the salesmen understand the vehicles well.
