Fury Ford provided a top notch experience for our purchase of the Bronco. We were able to work with Jack S. and he went above and beyond the duty of a sales agent to work with us and advocate for the best deal possible. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would tell everyone to trust in Jack as someone who will do his best work for his customers. We drove in from out of town and Jack answered our questions promptly from afar over the phone. He continued to ask how he could make the experience a better one in order to ensure we felt we were taken care of in our vehicle purchase experience. Super nice, answered all our questions, very easy process. I even overheard another salesman with another customer walking her through a couple vehicles listing pros and cons with mileage, price, etc. And she was getting little overwhelmed so he suggested she just take the info and think it over, get back to them. Looked out for her. I had real good impression of the place.

The dealership in Waconia is definitely my go to choice. I have to drive about 30 min to get there, but the staff is really helpful. I’ve leased two vehicles from this location, and both times were very easy and hassle free. I worked with the salespeople Stacy and Jack both times. I also prefer the service department here as opposed to other dealerships.

While visiting family from out of state I decided to "just take a test drive." I did not intend to buy a truck that day, but I fell in love with the F450. Alex Larson was very helpful and informative. He didn't pressure me at all and was receptive to all of my questions. Knowing how difficult it can be to find a new F450 these days, I decided to buy. I have received an excellent service from Fury Ford at Waconia. My advisor Mark and technician Andrew did wonderful job diagnosing my vehicle's electrical issues within 10 minutes after dropping off at shop, where elsewhere spent 2 days and could not even find a single problem. And they decided to repair it right away, the service was done quickly and professionally, and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend Fury ford Waconia to everyone who's looking to have your vehicles repaired done right at first place.

I had an appointment at a dealership in Duluth and they called and canceled 45 minutes before the appointment time ,even though it's 190 miles from my door to Fury Ford Waconia, I was able to get a same day appointment with 4 hours notice at Fury Ford Waconia.

I went into looking to trade in two cars to go down to one car. The team worked hard and honest to get me 1 brand new car and 1 used car in the same payment space that I had on my previous 2 cars! 3 people on the team stayed over 1 hour past closing! They were friendly, professional and amazing with my family and myself! Highly recommend! I went to a lot of places before fury and I felt like they were all very welcoming and talkative. Fear not when you’re signing papers there won’t be an awkward silent moment, everyone is very chatty and friendly and will tell you their life story! But honestly all jokes aside it’s a very nice dealership and is not pushy when it comes to things. I would definitely recommend it as a place to go!!

Our 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn was taken in to Fury Motors in So.St.Paul for a squealing noise. The Service dept and our Advisor, Michelle determined the cause and indicated that the part was on an extensive backorder. She ordered the part and gave me advise on how we could also help to expedite the shipment of the part. She kept us updated weekly until the part was received. Her customer service was above and beyond our expectations!

Ashley is the best saleswoman I’ve ever met! She was so friendly it didn’t even feel like you were buying a truck, but just talking to a friend! I had the pleasure to work with Salim Flores with purchasing a vehicle. I wanted a Chevy Blazer RS that was on your lot but it was sold before I could take a look at it. Salim didn’t stop there with helping me he kept going sending me more vehicles that were about the same idea with what I wanted. There was a Jeep he sent me that was at Stillwater Fury Motors. So out of the vehicles he sent me that was the one I went to look at. Even though he knew he wasn’t going to be involved in the purchasing process Salim went above and beyond to get me into something he knew I would like! This is very much appreciated and he is a wonderful employee of Fury motors! As a widowed woman over 70 I was daunted at the idea of buying a car on my own. After some online car searching I came upon a vehicle I thought would be nice. Anxiety set in as sent a note to Stacy at Waconia Ford to ask if the vehicle was still available. It was so I grabbed a friend to venture out for a test drive. The moment I spoke with Stacy on the phone I felt comfortable and she was relatable. She assured me they could be competitive in financing to some other dealers I had called for estimates. After a bit of negotiating, and feeling my heart in my stomach from finance talk, I drove away feeling happy with my purchase and car. I found a truck online and reached out and luckily landed Stacy in sales. The truck was in transit to their location so I patiently waited. Stacy kept me informed during the process. She was respectful and timely and they didn’t use any robo emails or texts to try to gain my business. I only dealt with the saleswoman, Stacy Kohout, and we made a deal when it was convenient for me. Give her a shot, I am happy to say she and this dealership earned my business.
