Coming from some preciously unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, I definitely had my walls and guard up to begin with. But the kind hearted, small town feel of the sales and finance team quickly set me at ease and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a dealership. They accommodated my needs and schedule, and made the trading and buying process effortless. I never felt pressured or rushed.

Big shout out to my salesman Salim! I just purchased a new 2026 Ford Explorer ST, and he was great to work with! When I first showed up to test drive one, he asked a lot of really good questions to make sure I got every option (and then some) that I was wanting. Salim and the sales manager even went above and beyond AFTER my purchase when there was some confusion (on my end) about one of the features. No Hassle F-150 Purchase at Fury Ford I recently worked with Salim at Fury Ford in Waconia to purchase a 2015 Ford F-150, and the entire experience was top-notch. Salim had everything prepared for us from the start; there was absolutely no 'waiting around' or unnecessary delays. Once we finished the paperwork, the truck was detailed and ready to go immediately. We also worked with Fernando in the finance department, who was fantastic. He had all the financing ready to go, making that part of the process quick and stress-free. As a widowed woman over 70 I was daunted at the idea of buying a car on my own. After some online car searching I came upon a vehicle I thought would be nice. Anxiety set in as sent a note to Stacy at Waconia Ford to ask if the vehicle was still available. It was so I grabbed a friend to venture out for a test drive. The moment I spoke with Stacy on the phone I felt comfortable and she was relatable. She assured me they could be competitive in financing to some other dealers I had called for estimates. After a bit of negotiating, and feeling my heart in my stomach from finance talk, I drove away feeling happy with my purchase and car. She was very helpful with getting all the technical dashboard items set up too! The dealership is close to my home and I feel I made a new friend. Stop by and ask for Stacy. She loves what she does and cares about her customers.

I found a truck online and reached out and luckily landed Stacy in sales. The truck was in transit to their location so I patiently waited. Stacy kept me informed during the process. She was respectful and timely and they didn’t use any robo emails or texts to try to gain my business. I only dealt with the saleswoman, Stacy Kohout, and we made a deal when it was convenient for me. Give her a shot, I am happy to say she and this dealership earned my business. I would travel 4 hours again to buy from Fury Ford Waconia.

Katelyn Merritt did an excellent job making my wife and I feel comfortable purchasing a new vehicle, and did a fantastic job being personable with us. From beginning to end, she was transparent, sincere, and honest about the process. She went the extra mile by personally detailing our car, due to the usual person that does this was not in that day, and we had to travel back to Montana the next day. One last note, she made us feel secure because if she did not know an answer to our question, she would ask her colleagues, then provide us with an answer. This type of service shows a lot about an individual, because it shows that she will go the extra mile to provide us with the best possible answer, instead of an answer that could or could not be absolutely correct. Being able to swallow that she may not know the answer, but she can definitely get the answer is the type of people we need in order for all of us to feel safe, and secure in large purchases and life decision that we have made as a result of the perfect service she provided. Even though it’s not the nearest dealership to me, I always go to Fury Ford Waconia anytime I need service done on my Bronco. I have had many great experiences, but this last one stood out thanks to Gavin, one of the service advisors. Ashley at Fury Ford in Waconia was such a breath of fresh air! We came right at 9am and she was ready for us, We had an appointment. We told her kinda the base line of what we wanted. We test drove a few vehicles. Made a purchase. My husband and I appreciate her down to earth demeanor. We asked questions she would answer. If Ashley didn’t know the answer she would reach out and get us the answer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is our first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and we had a great experience. Who knows maybe we’ll go home with a 2nd vehicle in the same day!!
