Even though it’s not the nearest dealership to me, I always go to Fury Ford Waconia anytime I need service done on my Bronco. I have had many great experiences, but this last one stood out thanks to Gavin, one of the service advisors. Ashley at Fury Ford in Waconia was such a breath of fresh air! We came right at 9am and she was ready for us, We had an appointment. We told her kinda the base line of what we wanted. We test drove a few vehicles. Made a purchase. My husband and I appreciate her down to earth demeanor. We asked questions she would answer. If Ashley didn’t know the answer she would reach out and get us the answer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is our first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and we had a great experience. Who knows maybe we’ll go home with a 2nd vehicle in the same day!!

At first I was skeptical of a full electric vehicle, but after visiting here I now drive a Mustang Mach-E. Jack Stoddard was easy to work with, extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. TOP NOTCH Recommend 10/10! Brian walked me through the deals that Ford was offering, explained the pros and cons of each option Ford had AND kept my lease payments within my budget. Julian was a fantastic salesman to work with; no pressure, honest about what he could do price-wise and a great conversationalist! Sales manager was very friendly and did not interject himself after we came to an agreement on price, same can be said of the Finance manager who was very upfront and again not pushy. They were also very fair with their offer for my trade-in, which I cannot say for the two other dealerships I’d been talking to. So far I’m extremely pleased with the car I bought and am glad I gave Julian and Fury Ford my business.

First time to get our Bronco worked on. Let me explain why I chose this dealership.. We bought a used Bronco from another dealer.. it came without a front plate holder.. I called into Fury Ford and asked about getting a new plate holder. The gentleman said .. I can order you one but let me explain its going to cost you more than $150 for us to order a holder and put it on..he suggested I called the place I bought it and make them put one on which they did for free. He saved me money and I appreciated the honesty. As long as we have our 2023 Bronco I will have them service it!

we brought our 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E toFury Ford to fix an issue with the air conditioning and cooling system for the electric motors. Unlike the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, fury, Ford has several certified technicians who are familiar with electric vehicles. Communication was great and repairs were done properly and within the timeframe provided. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who needs their Ford EV serviced.

We had to go to Fury Ford because our Mach-E started having issues. From the moment we were directed to them by Ford until we picked up our car, their service was amazing. From start to finish the experience was great. I found the truck online. Sent inquiry and spoke with Jacob. He set the appointment and upon arrival greeted me. Jason took care of all the paperwork which was a task going across state lines. Sure the process took some time but in the end. I drove away with the truck I needed at a price that was excellent. Both Jacob and Jason went well beyond to make my buying experience worth the 4 hour trip.

My experience with fury ford was Exceptional. Mike Keaveny was my sales associate. As in the past, he was extremely hopeful, answered all our questions, and understood all our wants and needs. Other staff at Fury Ford were also incredibly helpful including the finance department. We were treated with respect, fairness and kindness by all of the staff. I recommend Fury Ford and plan to use them again in the future.

There is NOTHING that was NOT a positive experience here. I never write Google reviews either so that's saying something. I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase, and this dealership was states away (19.5 hour drive). They had a very specific spec and model of a Mustang that I had been hunting for a long time, and from my initial contact phone call to now, they were nothing short of fantastic. I have never had a dealership experience like how they have treated me. I had a bazillion questions about this car, as I am a very picky and peculiar person when it comes to cars, and RJ at Fury Ford did everything in his power to provide me with answers, pictures, videos, and anything else of specifics on this car. He was willing to reach out to previous shops thr car had been serviced at for answers to certain questions I had, and even the previous owner. Me and RJ had corresponded over the course of a few days while figuring out the details of coming to look at this car, and RJ offered to have someone pick me up from the airport (almost 50 minutes away) without hesitation. I sold my car, booked a flight, and when I landed, I was taken to the dealership by a very kind individual. They immediately offered me beverage, somewhere to sit my bags, and the keys to the car i was interested in. They didn't hover me and pressure me into anything, they let me be to my own devices and look through everything I wanted to. When I went for a test drive, I noticed a small feature not working, and without hesitation they pulled it around into their shop, took care of it in 15 minutes, and had the tech come talk to me about what it was. There was 100% transparency through this entire experience. There was 0% pressure, salesman tactics and other garbage. The price listed was the exact price I had. They were fantastic through and through. This was nothing close to a dealership; heck this was the best experience I've ever had buying something.. at all!! I made the drive home, and two separate people from the dealership checked on me to make sure I made it safe and it truly made me feel cared for as a customer. Thank you guys for doing such a phenomenal job. I'd drive the 19.5 hours home again for my next vehicle, just out of principle of how fantastic you guys are.

From the first handshake to the last, Fury motors exceeded my expectations. Their selection of low mileage used trucks made it easy to zero in on some options. We contacted Fury Ford and setup a meeting with Jack Stoddard. Jack had the vehicles upfront, making it easy to compare and inspect them. Jack patiently answered our questions and was knowledgeable about the models we were interested in. We decided not to make a choice that afternoon and left with Jack's business card. My wife and I really enjoyed Jacks no pressure approach to helping us make an informed decision on the purchase of a low mileage affordable used truck. As luck would have it, I found a RAM 1500 on Fury Ford’s website that checked all the boxes and came with a Car Fax report. I met with Jack again and started the buying process. What I really liked was the excellent communication and Jacks use of time management that prevented me from sitting and waiting for hours. I was shown the Out of Door breakdown and the dealership discounts and at no cost to me, I received the Fury Ford warranty that comes with every vehicle. Before meeting Jason Pearson the sales manager, I had a ball park figure of the finance amount and monthly payments. I have to admit; it was hard to say no to the additional options that the dealership offers you after being treated so well. After completing the paperwork, I thanked Jack again and made my way to the truck I purchased. As promised, the truck sticker was removed and it was spotless inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!!! Thanks again Jack Stoddard, Jason Pearson and Fury Ford Waconia!!!

The dealership in Waconia is definitely my go to choice. I have to drive about 30 min to get there, but the staff is really helpful. I’ve leased two vehicles from this location, and both times were very easy and hassle free. I worked with the salespeople Stacy and Jack both times. I also prefer the service department here as opposed to other dealerships.

Fury Ford service department were very friendly and helpful, they were able to resolve my issue promptly, with minimal cost. I very much appreciated not being pressured for other services. The service manager/ writer treated me more like family rather than just a customer. If I need service for my Expedition in the future, I will be taking it to Fury Ford for sure. While visiting family from out of state I decided to "just take a test drive." I did not intend to buy a truck that day, but I fell in love with the F450. Alex Larson was very helpful and informative. He didn't pressure me at all and was receptive to all of my questions. Knowing how difficult it can be to find a new F450 these days, I decided to buy. The price was more than fair compared to other listing I've seen. I want to thank Alex and his team (RJ and Fernando) for a great experience! I am thrilled with my new truck.
