My husband has early onset Alzheimer's and Stacy was kind and always kept him included in on all decisions. We also appreciated other staff members help with the extra set of tires, driving our new vehicle to our farm and all the congrats upon our purchase. Our 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn was taken in to Fury Motors in So.St.Paul for a squealing noise. The Service dept and our Advisor, Michelle determined the cause and indicated that the part was on an extensive backorder. She ordered the part and gave me advise on how we could also help to expedite the shipment of the part. She kept us updated weekly until the part was received. Her customer service was above and beyond our expectations!

Ashley is the best saleswoman I’ve ever met! She was so friendly it didn’t even feel like you were buying a truck, but just talking to a friend! She was almost more excited about the truck than we were! The best sales service I’ve ever gotten. She was patient with us trying out different vehicles and even stayed late to accommodate our needs. She’s awesome! Thank you, Mike for being a great mentor to Ashley and telling us some good stories! Brian in inventory was also great! He was so personable and honest. He worked some magic to get us a good trade in value on our complicated deal! Fernando in finance was so easy to work with. You feel like you’re signing your life away, but he made sure we understood everything and had some laughs! He also reassured us that he will help us with anything we need! He’s great! I had the pleasure to work with Salim Flores with purchasing a vehicle. I wanted a Chevy Blazer RS that was on your lot but it was sold before I could take a look at it. Salim didn’t stop there with helping me he kept going sending me more vehicles that were about the same idea with what I wanted. There was a Jeep he sent me that was at Stillwater Fury Motors. So out of the vehicles he sent me that was the one I went to look at. Even though he knew he wasn’t going to be involved in the purchasing process Salim went above and beyond to get me into something he knew I would like! Coming from some preciously unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, I definitely had my walls and guard up to begin with. But the kind hearted, small town feel of the sales and finance team quickly set me at ease and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a dealership. No Hassle F-150 Purchase at Fury Ford I recently worked with Salim at Fury Ford in Waconia to purchase a 2015 Ford F-150, and the entire experience was top-notch. As a widowed woman over 70 I was daunted at the idea of buying a car on my own. After some online car searching I came upon a vehicle I thought would be nice. Anxiety set in as sent a note to Stacy at Waconia Ford to ask if the vehicle was still available. It was so I grabbed a friend to venture out for a test drive. The moment I spoke with Stacy on the phone I felt comfortable and she was relatable. She assured me they could be competitive in financing to some other dealers I had called for estimates. After a bit of negotiating, and feeling my heart in my stomach from finance talk, I drove away feeling happy with my purchase and car. She was very helpful with getting all the technical dashboard items set up too! The dealership is close to my home and I feel I made a new friend. Stop by and ask for Stacy. I found a truck online and reached out and luckily landed Stacy in sales. The truck was in transit to their location so I patiently waited. Stacy kept me informed during the process. She was respectful and timely and they didn’t use any robo emails or texts to try to gain my business. We were able to have short ping-pong text conversations much like you would with someone you know. This enabled us to figure out what we wanted. No fluffy corporate-speak "your interest is really important to us" nor overflowing politeness and sugar-coating everything, which wastes time and obscures good communication. Next time I want a Ford, I'll text Dean first. We'll write 20 replies back and forth before the guys at Morrie's get a chance to carefully craft the "perfect" sales outreach.

I went to service dept Great people wasn't in stock But had it the next day as promised. while I was there they had my tires on sale. yes three days left. I met Erin in the Service Dept. We had a wonderful experience at Fury Ford. We bought an Expedition from Cody Bernstein on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Cody stayed with us for an hour after close to make sure we had our car for the weekend and so he could familiarize us with all the features. He also rolled up his sleeves and joined the detailing team so that we could take our vehicle home that night. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very professional!

We didn't end up finding the right vehicle with Fury, but I still need to leave a review because of how great Terrell at Waconia was to work with. He was authentic, helpful, and kept in touch with us throughout our car search. Engaged without being pushy. We wished the used car we were looking for had been available to get through Fury because every salesperson we dealt with at other dealerships couldn't compare to the pleasant experience we had here. Highly recommend trying to work with Terrell for your next purchase!

Overall, a very good experience. If you're the type who likes to research and know what you're looking for before spending tens of thousands on a vehicle, they'll respect it. I came in ready to discuss engines and towing capacities, but other dealerships tried to sell me a truck based on cupholders or paint colors. Kyle recognized I was at Waconia Ford because I already knew the specs on the truck I asked to test drive, and didn't waste my time discussing cupholders. I drove 40 mins (past a couple other Ford dealerships) to get to Waconia, and it turned out to be a good choice. The truck was reasonably priced, and I got a reasonable amount for my trade-in. I ended up buying from them. Not only because they had what I wanted, but because their team had the right attitude.

My vehicle was in for a cracked engine. It was still under warranty, PTL. It got repaired, I had a loaner to use, I have my car back & it's working great. The supervisor was very good to keep me updated on the work & that the repair was taking longer, so finish date would be a few days longer. Very good service & considerate service men!!

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Waconia Ford. We had known we were going to be looking at a certain one when we arrived. We had pulled into the parking lot to look at the vehicle and were greeted within a couple of minutes by Jack. He was able to get us test driving the vehicle right away. We decided that we liked it and were wanting to purchase it. Jack was very helpful and got the process going for us. He ensured that all of our questions were being answered. We also worked with Cang to get the financial part taken care of. He showed us the options that we had and allowed us to make a decision based on what we thought was best for us. He was very thorough and walked us through what we needed to sign. We ended up being there past closing time but each of them continued to help us with the process until everything was done and taken care of. We had a great first experience with Waconia Ford!

This was one of the best car buying experiences. I was originally looking for a car for my daughter, but it ended up being for me. I looked online and saw that Waconia Ford had a large selection of used vehicles. I requested more info. I first got a phone call and expressed what I was looking for. A few days later it was a text. Very politely asking if I prefer a call or text. I had been looking around at other dealerships, and they were calling me consistently. When I got the text from Waconia Ford, I was so busy at work. I thought it was a nice approach. A couple days later, my daughter, a friend and I went looking for the cars on my list. I then met my amazing and patient salesman Jack Stoddard. Happy to help me with my car shopping. My first day I looked and drove 2 of the cars on my list, but I was a bit pressed for time so I went back the next day. I was all ready to complete my list. I took another car out, came back to the lot and I knew this was the car I wanted. Not at anytime did I filled pressured. Jack was so helpful, even hung out with my friend that has special needs. The financing came back super fast. My car needed to go through all the inspections, because it was new to the lot. I got my car shortly after and I now I am sharing my wonderful experience with you. Jack Stoddard is great, honestly one of the best and Waconia Ford offered wonderful customer service

I was ready to order a Ford Maverick through another dealer when I received a call from Bryan Hawkinson that they had one available on the lot. I was able to place a non-refundable deposit on the car until I could come take a look - there was zero pressure or gimmicks throughout the process. While I waited for a fuel tank recall to be addressed, Bryan was very responsive in keeping me updated on the status. I was disappointed by the trade-in value offered, but everything else was a positive experience. Bryan was courteous and professional - no pushy tactics on add-ons, warranties etc. which was appreciated. I would definitely come back next time I need a car.
