Just bought our tough to find Ford Bronco from Mike! We had a great experience with Mike and all the staff at Fury! Mike was a straight shooter, and to the point and knew the Ford brand so well! I called to retrieve an old service invoice from 2022, which is prior to Fury Motors acquiring Waconia Ford. The service representative, Ju, was very friendly and helpful. It's not often that I experience such good customer service these days!

Jon Michael worked really hard to find me the right deal for the right car. He is professional and courteous, had the vehicle waiting and ready for both test drives and collection. This was our first service at Fury and we took advantage of the valet pickup and dropoff for the oil change. That is a sweet perk. Service was done in a timely fashion, the service report was excellent, and the pricing very fair. The service team also went out of their way to try and diagnose a cabin noise issue that has ceased since the summer humidity and higher temps set in. Above and beyond, for sure. We will return for future services.

After a less than great experience at another dealership, Mike made purchasing a new-to-us family vehicle so easy and pleasant. Stacy Kohout was our sales consultant at Fury Ford in Waconia, MN. Not only was she genuinely friendly but patient and informative with all our questions and concerns. My husband has early onset Alzheimer's and Stacy was kind and always kept him included in on all decisions. We also appreciated other staff members help with the extra set of tires, driving our new vehicle to our farm and all the congrats upon our purchase. Our 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn was taken in to Fury Motors in So.St.Paul for a squealing noise. The Service dept and our Advisor, Michelle determined the cause and indicated that the part was on an extensive backorder. She ordered the part and gave me advise on how we could also help to expedite the shipment of the part. She kept us updated weekly until the part was received. Her customer service was above and beyond our expectations!

Ashley is the best saleswoman I’ve ever met! She was so friendly it didn’t even feel like you were buying a truck, but just talking to a friend! She was almost more excited about the truck than we were! The best sales service I’ve ever gotten. She was patient with us trying out different vehicles and even stayed late to accommodate our needs. She’s awesome! Thank you, Mike for being a great mentor to Ashley and telling us some good stories! Brian in inventory was also great! He was so personable and honest. He worked some magic to get us a good trade in value on our complicated deal! Fernando in finance was so easy to work with. You feel like you’re signing your life away, but he made sure we understood everything and had some laughs! He also reassured us that he will help us with anything we need! He’s great! Overall, the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle and we have bought a lot. Thank you, Fury Ford for having such a great team! Worth the 50 minute drive! We will be back!

I had the pleasure to work with Salim Flores with purchasing a vehicle. I wanted a Chevy Blazer RS that was on your lot but it was sold before I could take a look at it. Salim didn’t stop there with helping me he kept going sending me more vehicles that were about the same idea with what I wanted. There was a Jeep he sent me that was at Stillwater Fury Motors. So out of the vehicles he sent me that was the one I went to look at. Even though he knew he wasn’t going to be involved in the purchasing process Salim went above and beyond to get me into something he knew I would like! Coming from some preciously unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, I definitely had my walls and guard up to begin with. But the kind hearted, small town feel of the sales and finance team quickly set me at ease and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a dealership. No Hassle F-150 Purchase at Fury Ford I recently worked with Salim at Fury Ford in Waconia to purchase a 2015 Ford F-150, and the entire experience was top-notch. Salim had everything prepared for us from the start; there was absolutely no 'waiting around' or unnecessary delays. Once we finished the paperwork, the truck was detailed and ready to go immediately. We also worked with Fernando in the finance department, who was fantastic. As a widowed woman over 70 I was daunted at the idea of buying a car on my own. After some online car searching I came upon a vehicle I thought would be nice. Anxiety set in as sent a note to Stacy at Waconia Ford to ask if the vehicle was still available. It was so I grabbed a friend to venture out for a test drive. The moment I spoke with Stacy on the phone I felt comfortable and she was relatable. She assured me they could be competitive in financing to some other dealers I had called for estimates. After a bit of negotiating, and feeling my heart in my stomach from finance talk, I drove away feeling happy with my purchase and car. She was very helpful with getting all the technical dashboard items set up too! The dealership is close to my home and I feel I made a new friend. Stop by and ask for Stacy. She loves what she does and cares about her customers.
