I was ready to order a Ford Maverick through another dealer when I received a call from Bryan Hawkinson that they had one available on the lot. I was able to place a non-refundable deposit on the car until I could come take a look - there was zero pressure or gimmicks throughout the process. While I waited for a fuel tank recall to be addressed, Bryan was very responsive in keeping me updated on the status. I was disappointed by the trade-in value offered, but everything else was a positive experience. Bryan was courteous and professional - no pushy tactics on add-ons, warranties etc. which was appreciated. I would definitely come back next time I need a car.

Had a great experience buying a car/trading in cars here! Nick Driscoll worked hard to make sure I got the best trade in value for both of the cars I was trading in! Nick was genuine and knowledgeable (him and my dad talked about every vehicle under the sun while we were waiting!) Left with an amazing 2020 ford fusion and couldn't be happier with the purchase and the service here!

Speedy, reliable, and very pleasant to deal with. Also, having little cubicles for me to work while I wait is prime for me; I don't feel like getting my car serviced is an inconvenience; moreover, it's quiet unlike other places, that make it virtually impossible to focus.
